Sub-Supplier Assessment & Improvement
OES can support your organization by overseeing and managing your sub-suppliers. We manage total cost, quality, and delivery. We can implement the AIAG Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) processes at your sub-suppliers. We will assist your supply base with current concerns and provide proactive support for new product and process launches.
Supplier Development
OES assist established and new start-up manufacturers (OEM’s, Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 Suppliers) in New Product Launch, Lean Manufacturing Systems, Sub-component Quality, Quality Operating System, Total Cost Value Chain, Capacity/Throughput Constraints, and Problem Solving.
Supplier Support Through PPAP
Process OES can support our client or their respective sub-suppliers throughout the entire PPAP process. We work with our clients or their sub-suppliers to assure that their design and production processes meet the client’s requirements. We support all the respective product launch locations (Tier 1, Sub-Supplier, and OEM/Customer Site).
