LEADERSHIP TEAM
The OES Leadership Team is led by Darin Burns, M.S. Mechanical Engineering, who with 30-years of experience, and previous work in international business areas, has vast knowledge and understanding of successful business practices. Darin has prior connection and interaction with the following countries including, but not limited to: the United States, Canada, Mexico, South Korea, China, Vietnam, Thailand, Taiwan, and Philippines.
The OES Leadership Team has diverse knowledge in each element of the product life-cycle and value chain. OES members have worked with Fortune 500 Companies, Global OEM’s, Tier 1, 2, and 3 suppliers, and Start-up Companies.

OES develops Turn-Key “Concept to Customer” Business Solutions and manages their implementation. OES also develops tailored solutions for the client’s needs; clients may leverage all areas of expertise or have OES support specific business facets or projects. OES not only provides excellent services, but subsequently becomes a supplemental part of the client’s operations staff.
OES meets with the client to understand their needs, voice, and endeavors. In the case of a new product launch, OES can provide Turn-Key Manufacturing Solutions.
